11 Nov Roma Focused Impact Investment Vehicle (Luxembourg corporate vehicle)
RedMoon is currently in discussions with an NGO for a board position on the first Roma focused impact investment vehicle (Luxembourg corporate vehicle) in Europe which enjoys the support of high calibre European institutions focused on Roma inclusion.
The NGO is active in the field of facilitating economic inclusion for entrepreneurs active in vulnerable communities with special focus on Roma communities/entrepreneurs.
The Luxembourg corporate vehicle will grant loans to a limited number of reputable microfinance institutions (MFIs) (i.e. c. 10 MFIs) with operations in 4 countries: Romanian Bulgaria, Serbia and North Macedonia.
